# Terms of sale and software licence Version 2026-11-02 | Effective for purchases made from publication. ### About us These terms apply to driver software purchased from ITEQ LIVING LIMITED, trading as iteQ Living, company number 06291268, whose registered office is 320 Firecrest Court, Centre Park, Warrington WA1 1RG, United Kingdom. VAT registration number: 163 7067 04. Contact support@iteqliving.com for purchase, licensing and support enquiries. Our correspondence address, including for cancellation letters, is iteQ Living Ltd, 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. We sell to both individuals and businesses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumer protections apply where you purchase as a consumer. ### Before you purchase Read the product description, compatibility requirements and installation guide before ordering. Each listing identifies the supported equipment, functions and any required third-party hardware, software, accounts or services. Hardware and third-party subscriptions are not included unless expressly stated. A driver does not add capabilities that its supported equipment or third-party interface cannot provide. Known material limitations will be described with the product. Contact us before purchasing if you need a particular capability that is not expressly listed. ### Orders, price and delivery Submitting your order is an offer to buy. We accept the order when, following successful payment, we issue your licence and make your download available. We send confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. A payment authorisation alone is not acceptance. If payment fails, we do not issue the licence. If payment has been taken but we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and return the payment without undue delay. If you are unsure whether a payment succeeded, contact us before placing the order again. The checkout shows the amount payable, including applicable tax, before payment. Drivers are supplied electronically. You must provide a working email address and the correct processor details requested during checkout. Keep your order confirmation and licence information. After successful payment, the licence and download email is normally delivered within a few minutes. Delivery is not guaranteed to be instant. If it does not arrive, check your junk or spam folder, then contact support@iteqliving.com using the email address supplied at checkout. We will verify the purchase and arrange delivery again. ### Placing an order The shop and contract are in English. Add a driver to your basket, check its price and enter the Crestron processor MAC address and your email address. You can correct these details or remove an item before proceeding to payment. Confirm the processor details, accept these terms and request immediate digital supply using the initially unticked confirmations. Stripe then shows your billing details, any applicable tax and the final amount before you authorise payment using an available payment method. There is no physical delivery charge for driver downloads. ### Licence scope You receive a non-exclusive licence to use the purchased driver on the processor identified by the licence, subject to these terms. The purchase grants permission to use the software; it does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property. You may keep a backup and allow an installer to install and maintain the software for the licensed installation. You must not distribute licence keys publicly, sell unauthorised copies, use a licence on additional processors without permission, or deliberately bypass licence checks. These restrictions do not remove activities expressly permitted by applicable law. Each driver licence covers one processor and allows multiple instances of that driver on that processor. Every additional processor requires an additional licence for that driver. An installer may purchase on the homeowner's behalf using either the installer's or homeowner's email address. That address receives the confirmation, licence and download. The installer must check the processor MAC and pass the licence information to the homeowner. The buyer's name does not have to match the homeowner's name. The licence remains with the recorded processor MAC address regardless of changes to the homeowner, installer or contact details. If the property changes hands and that processor remains installed, the new owner may continue using the existing driver licence without another purchase. A contact or ownership change does not transfer the licence to a different processor; processor replacement follows the replacement policy below. One verified replacement-processor licence reissue is included at no charge per purchased driver licence. Further replacement requests are assessed individually and may require an additional licence, subject to statutory rights. This is not an automatic entitlement to unlimited transfers. The customer supplies the order number, old processor MAC and new processor MAC. The registered old MAC can be retrieved from the order record if needed. Support checks the order and old MAC, requests the reason for replacement and reasonable supporting evidence such as an RMA confirmation or replacement purchase receipt, and records the reissue against the original purchase. Where a genuine replacement cannot reasonably be verified, a free reissue may be declined, subject to statutory rights. Unnecessary personal information in supporting documents may be redacted. The old licence is marked as replaced in our records. The customer must stop using the old copy and remove it where accessible. Replacement does not authorise simultaneous use on both processors. Retirement in our records does not necessarily remotely disable an offline copy. ### Trial and activation A free 24-hour trial is available for the driver products identified on the shop. Leave the licence key blank to request the trial. It starts at the first successful validation for that product and processor, not when you download the files. Rebooting the processor, reinstalling or updating the driver, downloading again or adding another instance does not restart the trial. Internet access is required for trial validation and initial purchased licence activation. After a purchased licence has been successfully activated, the saved licence supports offline verification following a restart. This does not remove any Internet requirement of a cloud-dependent product or third-party service. Keep your purchased licence key entered in the driver settings. The trial is not a purchase, and using or downloading a free trial does not itself remove cancellation rights for a later paid purchase. Check compatibility during the trial before ordering. The product page and guide describe supported equipment and known limitations; Crestron catalogue listing or approval is not implied unless expressly stated. ### Updates and feature requests Bug fixes and routine improvements that we release for your purchased driver are provided without an additional software charge. Major upgrades or substantially expanded products may be offered separately at an additional price. Any such purchase is optional and its price will be explained before purchase. We welcome feature suggestions, but receiving a suggestion does not promise implementation or a delivery date. We do not promise that every future hardware model, firmware release or third-party platform change will be supported. This does not reduce the functionality, compatibility or remedies to which you are entitled under your purchase and applicable law. We will give at least 12 months' notice before ending routine support for a driver. Ending routine support does not itself terminate existing licences or require customers to stop using their licensed installations. Continued operation remains subject to the documented equipment and third-party dependencies. This policy does not reduce applicable statutory rights or remedies. Retirement notices will be emailed to the recorded purchase contact and published on the product page. The last released version will remain available to existing purchasers after routine support ends. ### Support Support enquiries should be sent to support@iteqliving.com. Include your order number, driver and version, processor model and software version, connected equipment details, and a description of the issue. Do not email passwords, device local keys, API secrets or payment-card information. Support is provided by email. Installation guidance and troubleshooting for the purchased driver and its documented supported configuration are included. Custom development and hands-on commissioning are quoted separately, with the scope and charges agreed before work begins. This does not charge customers for statutory remedies that must be provided without charge. No telephone support or guaranteed response time is promised. ### Monitoring and third-party dependencies Driver functions may depend on power, network connectivity, the processor, connected equipment and third-party services. A displayed connection state or last reported measurement does not necessarily confirm that every part of the monitored system is operational. Refer to the product guide for the precise meaning of each indicator and known limitations. Monitoring and notifications should not be treated as a guaranteed means of preventing damage or as a replacement for protective equipment required for the installation. This statement does not exclude our responsibility for supplying software that meets its description or your statutory rights. ### Cancellation and faulty digital content For consumer purchases, a statutory cancellation period normally applies to digital content supplied electronically. If you request supply during that period, we will obtain your express consent and acknowledgement that the cancellation right is lost once supply begins, and confirm this to you in a durable form such as email. This concerns change-of-mind cancellation only. It does not remove your rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements. Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Depending on the circumstances, statutory remedies may include repair or replacement, a price reduction, or other applicable remedies. ### Business-buyer change-of-mind refunds For business purchases, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once the licence and download have been supplied. Please use the available 24-hour trial and check the documented compatibility before purchasing. We review genuine ordering mistakes or compatibility problems individually. This policy does not exclude rights or remedies concerning faulty or misdescribed software. ### How a consumer can cancel where the right remains For electronically supplied digital content, the usual cancellation period ends 14 days after the day the contract is made. You do not need to give a reason. The immediate-supply provisions above explain when this right can be lost; rights concerning faulty or misdescribed content remain separate. Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel by emailing support@iteqliving.com or writing to our correspondence address above. You may use the cancellation form below, but you do not have to. Send your notice before the cancellation period expires. An order reference helps us find the purchase but is not a condition of giving a valid cancellation notice. Where you validly exercise this cancellation right, we will refund the payments due for reimbursement without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed. We will use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. The online shop supplies licences and download links automatically after successful payment. Before paying, you must actively request immediate supply and acknowledge its effect on your cancellation right. ### Cancellation form Complete and send this only if you wish to cancel and the cancellation right remains. To: iteQ Living Ltd, 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom; support@iteqliving.com. I/We give notice that I/we cancel my/our contract for the following digital content: - Driver/product: - Ordered on: - Order reference (optional): - Consumer name(s): - Consumer address: - Signature(s), only if sending on paper: - Date: Delete whichever of “I/we” or “my/our” does not apply. ### Licence breaches and termination We may terminate a licence for a serious breach, including fraudulent acquisition, unauthorised distribution or deliberate bypassing of licence checks. If the breach can be remedied, we will explain it in writing and allow at least 14 days to put it right before termination. We may allow longer where reasonably needed. Immediate termination is reserved for a serious breach that cannot reasonably be remedied and where termination is legally justified. A complaint or payment dispute does not by itself establish a breach. You may ask us to review a proposed termination. If termination is justified, you must stop using the affected licence; it does not remove rights or remedies you already have. We do not treat ordinary support retirement or a change of homeowner as grounds for termination. ### Responsibility and complaints We are responsible for supplying the driver as described and for meeting the obligations that apply to your purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you buy as a consumer, your statutory rights concerning digital content remain in force, including applicable remedies where it is faulty or not as described. The compatibility and monitoring information explains the product's intended use; it does not remove those rights. For business purchases, our responsibility is determined by applicable law. These terms do not impose a fixed monetary liability cap or a blanket exclusion of claims. Please email support@iteqliving.com if you have a complaint, explaining the issue and including the order reference where available. We will investigate and respond. This does not prevent you from using any legal remedy or court available to you. ### Changes to these terms The terms provided with your purchase apply to that purchase. Revised website terms do not automatically remove rights under an existing purchase. Any proposed change to an existing contract must have a lawful basis and be communicated appropriately.
